Is this an internet package?

No. These are software subscriptions for ISPs. Each ISP creates its own internet packages for hotspot and PPPoE customers.

Can I connect my own M-Pesa Daraja account?

Yes. Each ISP can use its own Safaricom M-Pesa Daraja credentials, subject to account approval, integration setup and successful payment testing. Software subscriptions are billed separately by Online Solutions.

What happens when a subscription expires?

Customer internet access expires according to the purchased package. If an ISP’s software subscription expires beyond its grace period, management and new sales pause. Existing paid internet access retains its normal expiry, and the ISP can still renew its software.

What do I need before going live?

A compatible MikroTik router, secure hosting-to-router access, payment credentials and a working billing worker. We test connection, payment, expiry and renewal together before launch.
