Registration privacy notice
Online Solutions collects the business name, contact name, email, mobile number, service area, package choice and notes you provide to review your registration and arrange your ISP software setup.
Registration details are available to the reseller administrator. When email is enabled, your address and registration acknowledgement are sent through our configured SMTP provider. When WhatsApp is enabled, your registration acknowledgement is sent through WaSenderAPI. WhatsApp and WaSenderAPI process that communication.
We use a session cookie for form security. A hashed IP-based rate-limit record helps prevent repeated submissions. Registration does not authorise unrelated marketing or activate a paid subscription.
Contact support@onlinesolutions.co.ke to request access, correction or deletion of your registration information, or to change your contact preferences. We retain registrations while handling your request and the resulting customer relationship; contact us if you no longer want us to proceed.
